Departure

For the morning pick-up, we will start gathering participants from designated pick-up points. The exact pick-up time will vary based on the location of your hotel or apartment.

For those who wish to arrive at the port on their own, please be there at least 30 minutes before the departure time. The Ferry departs at 8:00 am, meeting point time at the Marina of Rethymno: 7:30 am.

Rethymno Port (Marina of Rethymno)

Embark on a speed boat for a journey to Santorini. Enjoy a 2.5-hour ride on a high-speed boat from Rethymno to Santorini. Refreshments and snacks are available for purchase at the onboard snack bar.

The boat trip will last for about 2 hours and 40 minutes, depending on the weather conditions.

Then the boat will arrive at the Port of Athinios in Santorini. Upon arrival in Santorini after boat trip, disembark and proceed to the buses for the guided tour.

The bus drive from the Port to the village of Oia will last 40 minutes. The knowledgeable guide in your bus, shares Santorini's history and insights during the journey.

Then we will make our first stop on the island, which is Oia, where we will enjoy free time.

Explore the stunning blue and white village perched on the cliffs of Santorini, offering breathtaking views of the volcanic Caldera. Enjoy approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes of free time to capture photos of the Aegean architecture and the unique views of the caldera and the Aegean Sea.

The bus drive from Oia to the village of Fira will last 30 minutes.

Our next stop will be the village of Fira.

Fira is the main town of Santorini, situated on a cliff 300 meters above the sea. Wander through its narrow streets, admire the white vaulted houses, and iconic blue domes, and take in the magical views of the Caldera and the Volcano.

Next, you have two options for the next 1.5 hours:

    • Option 1: Take a cruise on a wooden boat to the volcano and hot springs (additional fee applies). Please check with your guide if this option is available during your visit, as it is only offered in high-season months.
    • Option 2: Stay longer in Fira and enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants with breathtaking views of the Caldera.

Port of Athinios, Santorini.

Return to the port by bus, following the guidance of your guide for the embarkation procedure.

Return boat trip: 2 hours.

Sit back, relax, and savor the return journey to Rethymno, reflecting on the memories of this wonderful day that has now concluded.

The tour has come to an end. At the conclusion of the tour, participants who have booked transfer service will board the buses and return to their respective hotels where they were initially picked up in the morning. The duration of the return journey to each hotel may vary depending on traffic conditions and the specific pick-up locations for each participant.
